How to change colour scheme
Go to your Command Center and at the bottom of the page, right hand side you will see the "Account Options" table, 2nd from the bottom select an option from the "Colour Scheme" dropdown box, then click "Update Preferences" to select that colour scheme, you can choose between all 6 race colour schemes or set the colour scheme by your race.
How to create a custom colour scheme
You can now create your own custom colour scheme, by selecting "Custom Theme" from the "Colour Scheme" dropdown box under "Account Options" on the Command Center, after you click "Update Preferences", scroll down to the very bottom of the command center and under the "Account Options" table there will a new info box and a "Custom Theme" table below. In the "Custom Theme" table it list a few colours which make up your overall colour scheme, you can change these colours by clicking on the coloured boxes (which displays the colours hex value). First read all the text in the info box and read all the tooltips (?) which very basically describes where the colour is used. After changing a few colours click "Update Theme" and see how your theme looks. In the first row "Pre-Set Colours" you can choose different pre-set colour schemes to base your own custom theme off.
The interface for making a custom theme is by far perfect and may be confusing for some, but its good enough to play around with and see if you can come up with something that you like, you can also message me if you have any trouble making your own custom theme.
The table header backgrounds with a texture, are made from scratch for each specific race, but for the custom theme it is impossible to change the colour of these images to match the colour you select, instead it is a bloack and white image which your chosen colour is applied as an overlay, this is why when you load a Race Colour preset, it doesnt look like the actual race colours. If you don't understand this sentence then you can either ignore it or ask me to explain this a little better lol.
