Strength: how much strength the unit contributes towards it's Military Stat (on its own).
Wield Power: how much strength of the Item the unit wields while holding it.
If a Villager wields 0.25 (25%), a villager holding a Bloodzerker's Sword with a strength of 200,000. The Villager can only use 50,000 of the weapons strength
Resilience: How resilient the unit is to dying. The lower the resilience, the more that will die. The higher the resilience, the less that will die.
Casualties and how a unit's resilience affects the amount of casualties, will be explained under "Casualties" in the PvP section.
